Consulting Services
I also provide consulting for therapists who want to get into private practice. I offer one free consultation call of about 15 to 30 minutes to help you decide if this is a service you’d like,
I charge rates starting at $200 for basic information and a one-time consultation up to 2 hours where I’ll provide you some information and a document on what you need to think about and complete to get started.
I also provide more in-depth information about systems you can put in place to have a successful practice based on my own experience and research with fees ranging from $350 to $750 depending on what you need.
A handful of local clinical therapists are looking to meet with other professionals int he area. Our goal is to meet about once per month and discuss clinical topics and business topics related to being in private practice.
We have not yet determined if there will be dues, fund raising, philanthropy, mentoring, or any other function of this group other than to collaborate with peers. We have a couple of spots open for new members. Currently we have 6 members and can support up to 8. This may change in the future.
We meet on Fridays about once per month around midday for an hour or two. Meetings can include discussions on approaches, treating clients, new developments, marketing, networking, referrals, managing a business.
Meetings will occur in Farmington or West Hartford.
